How cool is this? I found these adorable Nemo fish cakes during grocery shopping this am & I had to make a pretty bento for boys' lunch later :)

Chocolate Cheerios Cookies

Use 1 cup of Hersheys chocolate chips and place in a bowl over very low simmering water.
Stir the chocolate till it melts. Once the chocolate is all melted, take the pan off the heat but keep the bowl over the water. Then add in the cheerios and stir to make sure all are coated.
Then scoop out teaspoonfuls and place on mini cupcake cups and refridgerate til set. You can have variations like cornflakes, rice puffs or even crumbled marie biscuits.....

Buttercream sponge cake for Oscar & Zhong yuan

I was having breakfast with Oscar & Zhong Yuan's mummy when I realized they love cakes too! Just great! So, I cream up 2 of the cakes I made earlier on and send it to school for them :)

First attempt with cake pops

I had quite a few cupcakes left in the fridge and I was thinking how about turning them into cake pops! So I crumbled all the cupcakes and coated them with chocolate!
